Accommodations

Pets are not allowed except in Pet Bungalows.

A deposit of 100€ per rented accommodation (200€ in case of groups) will be requested, which will be paid upon arrival and returned upon departure and after checking the condition of the accomodation.

The change of linen and towels is a service for clients whose accommodation is rented for stays of one week or more. This change frequency is variable according to the client’s choice and the rate applied. Bed linen is changed every 8 days and towels every 4 days. The establishment offers a daily delivery service of sheets and/or towels and/or extra cleaning upon request and for a supplement. It is mandatory to grant access to the interior of the accommodation to the cleaning team to verify the condition of the facilities.

Late Check-Out in Accommodations

There is a Late Check-Out service (departures later than 12.00h) on request and with an extra charge. Once you arrive at the campsite and 24/48h before departure, you can ask at reception for the possibility of this service. This service is subject to availability.

Cancellation and Prepayment

Payment for the stay is due in advance and the stay must be settled prior to delivery of the accommodation. The payment in advance of the accommodation service is required by law in Comunidad Valenciana region.

Cancellation and prepayment policies vary by accommodation type. Please enter the dates of your stay and check your required room conditions.

In case of obvious and clear errors in the selected rate, the establishment has 48 hours to cancel the reservation. The establishment will always inform the client of the cause and will do everything possible to offer an alternative.

Check-in and Check-out time

• Check-in Accommodations: 16:00h – 22:00h
• Check-in Plots: 12:00h – 22:00h
• Check-out Accommodations and Plots: 08:00h – 12:00h

In case of non-compliance with the check-out time, the accommodation may charge an additional day for affecting the operation of the establishment, without this entailing any extension of the stay.

Children and cribs

Any child over 1 year old will be counted as a person when calculating the price of the accommodation.

For correct prices and occupancy information, please add the number of children in your group and their ages to your search.

Age Restrictions

All stays must have an adult occupant of legal age (18 years old).

This establishment accepts these cards and reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.

Parties

No parties/events are allowed unless expressly authorized by the Management.

Camping Arena Blanca will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Quiet hours

Guests must remain silent between 00:00 and 08:00. The hours established during the day must also be maintained for the proper rest of accommodated guests.

Pets

Pets are welcome in the pet-friendly bungalow and in the plots with a caravan or motorhome (pets are not allowed in stays with tent). The signature of the entry form implies the acceptance of the rules regarding pets and the responsible declaration about them by their owners.

Pet regulations

• Pets are not allowed in pitch stays with a tent, they will only be admitted in pitch stays with a caravan or motorhome and in the Pet Bungalow
• Dangerous breed dogs are not allowed
• The weight of the pet must be less than 20 kg
• It is necessary to bring the animal’s health card and civil liability insurance
• The pet must be accompanied at all times during the stay
• The pet must be on a leash with a maximum length of 1 meter and with a muzzle
• If the pet causes inconvenience to other guests, the stay will be canceled and the establishment must be left
